Strata Management

Our strata manager is licensed and has been working in the strata industry since 1999 managing portfolios of buildings ranging from a duplex to high rise residential buildings as well as commercial and industrial complexes.

Our company focuses on personal service to our owners corporation and aims to communicate with Executive Committee members to ensure a smooth running scheme and to meet legislative requirements.

Our fees are simple and without hidden extra Schedule B charges, we only charge one flat annual fee.

The above fee is payable in arrears monthly and comprises of the following services:

·  Two general meetings a year at your complex or if preferred in our  office

·  Issuing of quarterly levy notices, meeting agendas and minutes

·  Issuing of work orders/quotes for common property repairs as required

·  Liaising with an Executive Committee on day to day maintenance

·  Providing financial reports quarterly to the Treasurer

· Keeping of all records as required under the Strata Schemes Management Act 1996 (NSW)

· If required having an Executive Committee sign or co-sign cheques for contractors

· Using contractors preferred by the Executive Committee so long as they are licensed and insured
